Sale Terms:
We recommend that you inspect all the merchandise thoroughly upon delivery and verify
that your order is correct. In the event that your order is incorrect, we will correct any errors on our part in the
delivery of merchandise upon verification of the incorrect order. However, you must notify Keith's Barber Shop of any discrepancies
within 10 days from receipt of goods.
Payment Methods:
Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover.
The full charge will be processed on your credit card under the name: K B Shop.
When a credit card is declined , we will attempt to contact you by phone or email one time only. We will try to process
your credit card for up to two weeks. After that time period, your order will be cancelled by Keith's Barber Shop.
Money Orders: U.S. Money Orders, U.S. Postal
Money Orders, U.S. Cashier Checks Accepted. Send your payment today and include your Customer Order
Number. Orders will be processed as soon as payment clears. If we do not receive the payment within two weeks from
your order date, the order will be cancelled (3 weeks for International Orders). We only accept U.S. Money Orders, U.S.
Postal Money Orders and U.S. Cashier Checks. Payment for International Orders must be converted to U.S. Currency to
be accepted. NO INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY ACCEPTED.
Checks: We will accept Personal and Business
Checks in the Continental U.S. ONLY. Checks must be made payable to: Keith's Barber Shop and include the Customer Order Number.
No third party checks, counter checks or International Checks accepted. ALL CHECKS THAT ARE RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED
A $ 50.00 FEE. Your order will be considered in-complete, and
the check will be promptly returned to you. If we do not receive payment within 2 weeks from the date your check
is returned, your order will be cancelled. Orders will be processed as soon as Check Payment is cleared.
Return/Exchange Policies:
We offer one return/exchange per original order. Returns will not be accepted
unless pre-authorized by Keith's Barber Shop. Call or Email us for your
Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be returned to us in it's original condition. Merchandise
must be in it's original packaging. All items returned for exchange must be in saleable condition. Merchandise
must be unused (adhesives, glues, shampoos, etc) and not altered (brushed, combed, picked, washed) in any way. Any merchandise
with styling products, smoke odor, perfume, etc. will be returned to the customer at customer's own expense. Hair
Systems CANNOT be cut, styled, colored or used in any manner. Hair Systems that have been
cut, styled or colored by anyone other than Keith's Barber Shop will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
Hair Systems must be returned to Keith's Barber Shop within 30 days of the original invoice date to be eligible for an exchange
or refund. Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the merchandise. No merchandise
of any kind will be accepted by Keith's Barber Shop for exchange or refund after 30 days of the original invoice date.
All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's expense and NO EXCHANGE
OR REFUND will be given. Merchandise returned for a refund will be given a full refund of purchase price (excluding
shipping fees ), provided that merchandise is returned in good saleable condition and meets the criteria listed above. You
may exchange for a different Brand, Type or Style of Hair System one time. However, if exchanging for a Hair System that is
priced higher, you will be required to submit the difference in price before receiving the exchanged Hair System. If
you exchange for a Hair System that is priced lower, you will receive a Credit for the difference in price, towards your
next purchase with Keith's Barber Shop. When exchanging a Hair System for a different color, be sure to include the
invoice and specify the new hair color (either by hair sample or hair color number using our Hair Color Ring ). Your new Hair
System will be returned to you as soon as possible.
Damaged Merchandise: All merchandise
is carefully inspected for quality and then packaged and shipped in a protective container. In the case that a
product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, Keith's Barber Shop will replace the item for the same brand, style
and color at no cost to you. You MUST contact Keith's Barber Shop immediately to be able to receive the replacement.
Replacements will be shipped out by Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method. At the customer's
own cost, you may request a quicker shipping method. Claims for damaged shipments MUST be filed directly with the
carrier. Any damaged merchandise must be returned to Keith's Barber Shop prior to receiving a replacement. Shipping fees for
returning merchandise are not refundable.
Lost Merchandise: In the rare
case that merchandise is lost during shipping transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced.
Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise replaced or a credit applied.
Cancellations: We must be notified
of your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed. After this 24-Hour period has
elapsed, a Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be
charged as a result of the cancellation.
Privacy Policy: When you place an order
with us, we request your Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and Email Address.
We consider this information to be PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL and we keep this information
on a Secure Server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information solely for the purposes of processing
your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers (only if you select to be included on our
mailing list). We do not buy, sell or share your private information with anyone.

SHIPPING METHODS:
USPS : Mailing Label will read K.B.S. Most packages
are shipped Priority Mail through USPS. We will ship to any Street Address, P.O. Box, or Military
Address.
Rates:
Standard Delivery : (United States) $ 3.85 and up.
Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Mexico: Pay US Shipping Rate plus $10.00
International Delivery: Global Express Mail. Starting
at $ 15.50 and up. We ARE NOT responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, administrative
fees or other charges by Customs or Delivery Companies. (PLEASE NOTE: While
every possible effort is made to comply with International Customs and Laws, Keith's Barber Shop is NOT responsible for
any International Customs, Laws or Regulations that may delay the delivery of your Order or that may cause your Order
to be Un-Deliverable. If your Order is returned to us due to your Country's Customs, Administrative Laws or other Delivery
Restrictions (Including In-Valid Addresses), we will attempt to contact you by email or phone (one time only) to arrange an
optional Delivery Method. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the Delivery Attempt Un-Successful, Your Order
will NOT be shipped, and Your money will be refunded (excluding Shipping)
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: If you make a purchase, you are agreeing to the terms of the
sale as explained on this website. It is understood that if the buyer incurs an obligation of sales tax in his respective
state, that tax is responsibility of the buyer. It is agreed that all claims against Keith's Barber Shop or it's owner
are limited to the amount of the purchase only and can be settled only in a venue of the county of Cape Girardeau, in the
State of Missouri. It is agreed that attorney's fees, court costs, witness costs and other expenses will be paid by
any plaintiff who takes action against Keith's Barber Shop or it's owner. It is agreed that all items are sold as is,
except for the terms outlined on the terms and policies page. It is agreed that no consequential damages, personal injury
or product liability is to be claimed or collected as a result of the purchase or use of any of the products purchased.
